Mission Brief

Multi-location salon chains struggled with fragmented customer data, which made it hard to run one loyalty program or streamline booking across different storefronts. I designed and prototyped a multi-functional iOS app UI for multi-location salon operations, with structured user flows for appointment booking, a unified rewards system and integrated transaction history. The result is a scalable front-end framework that standardizes the digital customer experience across physical locations, bridging local brick-and-mortar operations and modern mobile convenience.

Find a salon: List and map views of every location with phone, address, open status and a Book Online button.
My Bookings: Recent and favorite visits with booking numbers, services and status, plus a one-tap new booking.
Rewards: Points balance, tier progress, and earn and redeem options shared across all locations.
