Eezy-AI is the AI layer of the Eezy software suite: an automated phone receptionist that answers real-time inbound calls and schedules appointments for small businesses. Its call and booking workflows are automated with n8n. It turns spoken requests into structured booking data, asks a clarifying question when a request is ambiguous, and falls back safely instead of booking on a guess.
